Creator Content Agreement

1. Creators agree not to produce content of any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates standard law.
2. Creators agree to keep on record written consent from all persons depicted in the content specific to the following areas:
3. Consent to be depicted in the content.
4. Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to the the ModelstoMillionaires & affiliate websites.
5. Creator agrees if content will be made available for downloading by other users, to get consent to have the content downloaded.
6. Creator agrees to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in their content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults and to be able to provide supporting documents upon request.
7. Any depictions of weapons are a violation, unless they are clearly part of a model's costume.
